Say Cheese!!!

Went to a Cheese making class at MIMO'S in North Miami and I was blown away by the class, because it was hands on and so much fun... Got to take the mozzarella and the burrata we made home, after the class we all sat down and were offered a plate of their aged cheese and some charcuterie with a glass of wine to pair with!!! Fantastic Experience
