Tuna Tartar with Ponzu

I never though a dish could be so refreshing and delicious, yet so simple…

I do use a store bought Ponzu sauce, of the best quality, of course…






Ingredients:


1 Lb. Tuna (Hand Chopped)

1 each Green Onion (Chopped white and green separate)

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt

1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

1 each Lemon (Quartered)

Ponzu Sauce

4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

3 Tbsp. Dashi

2 tsp. Mirin


Instruction:


Make Ponzu sauce mixing all the ingredients.

Hand cut Tuna into very small pieces

Season with white part of the G. Onions and the rest of the ingredients on the top part of the recipe. Except for Lemons and garnish with the green part of the G. Onions.
