Beef Pork Meatballs in White Wine Sauce
Meatballs are an easy and great main dish for anytime we want a fast dinner and if you make enough, they are great to heat up for a take-out lunch too the next day!!! I bake mine and it gives me time to get a salad together while they cook.

24 Portions / 4 Servings
Ingredients:
Meatballs:
2 ea Pork Sausage
½ lb Beef Ground
½ ea Onion Grated
1 C Breadcrumbs or Panko
½ C Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Tbsp Milk
Salt & Pepper
4 Tbsp Parsley Chopped
Sauce:
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 ea Garlic Mncd
4 Tbsp Flour
¼ C White Wine
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
¼ C Broth
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp Parsley
Instruction:
Mix all the Meatball Ingredients. Set aside for 30 min.
Sautee Garlic in Butter and Oil, season w S&P.
Wrap a baking pan with aluminum foil (for easy cleaning) or not, is important that the pan holds the juices of the meatballs that we will use for the sauce later.
Bake at 375 F/190 C for 15 min. Turn meatballs and bring back in the oven for another 15 min.
Place Meatballs and the juices from the baking pan in a large pan, on medium heat, add butter until is melted and hot, add Meatballs, turn well until butter has covered them all, add flour, turning carefully to make sure flour has adhered to meatballs.
Add white Wine, let reduce a couple of minutes and add Lemon juice and Broth slowly making the liquid thicken, Salt & Pepper to taste.
Serve with Sprinkled Parsley.
